Price Match Promise T&C's
- Identical Product: The product must be the exact same model, size, colour, condition, and specifications as the one being sold by the competitor.
- Availability: The competitor's product must be in stock and available for purchase at the time of the price match request.
- Competitor: The competitor must be a legitimate retailer, often with a physical store or a reputable online presence.
- Price Verification: Proof of the competitor's lower price, such as a link to the product page, written quote or screenshot.
- Exclusions: Clearance sales, liquidation sales, sales with special offers, Marketplace or Ebay are excluded from price matching.
- Payment Methods: Price matching is not available on products being paid for using payment plans or finance plans.
- Limitations: Price matching is limited to once per customer.
- Geographic Restrictions:Price matching within the UK only.
Price matching will not be applied to products where doing so would result in a loss making transaction.
Price matching can't be applied for retrospectively once you have received your items
