This appointment is designed for car seats purchased elsewhere*.

Fit check includes one check and includes any amendments that need to be made to get the fit correct within 7 days.

*Please note: We do not install certain brands or models of car seats. If you have bought your seat elsewhere, please contact us before booking to confirm if we can install your specific model.

Booking Policy

We are dedicated to delivering excellent service and ensuring appointment availability for all our clients. To help us manage our schedule effectively, we ask you to please observe the following policy:

Booking Confirmation:
All appointments are confirmed when booked. We recommend arriving on time to maximize your appointment and ensure everything fits within your scheduled slot.

Cancellation Notice:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as late cancellations.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
For late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge. This policy helps us maintain fairness to our team and other customers waiting to book appointments.
